TV
TVs - All of the TVs are Smart TVs so you can use any of your favorite subscriptions like Netflix, Apple TV, Disney Plus etc….
The living room and each bedroom has 2 remotes one remote is the LG TV REMOTE itself (PHOTO) which you can control to watch any of your subscriptions like Netflix, Apple TV, Disney Plus , LG CHANNELS, etc…. The 2nd remote is the COX CABLE BOX REMOTE (PHOTO) only for controlling the cable box once it is switched to the proper HDMI CABLE BOX input (usually HDMI 1) The TVs also have their own LG channels which use Wifi which would then be controlled by the TV REMOTE.
To switch over to the COX CABLE BOX you can click the input button (PHOTO) on the TV remote until it reaches HDMI 1 input or Cable Box TV. After it is switched over to the cable box HDMI input you can use the CABLE BOX remote to switch the channels. The cable TV is usually named Cable Box TV but sometimes some guests disconnect and reconnect their devices to the TV so it could be possible that it could be on another HDMI input or if there are no HDMI options available they could have unplugged it also. If you have any issues you can always contact me and I can troubleshoot the cable connections with you over the phone.
Pool and Hot Tub
Pool And Hot Tub - Not sure if you saw it in the listing description but to heat the pool is an extra charge. To heat the HOT TUB IS FREE!! Just message or call anytime you want it on during your stay!
If you would like to heat the pool it will cost
$50 per day after (April-October)
$125 for the 1st day and then $50 per day after (November- March)
Pool will be heated to 86 Degrees
The pool can be heated for as many days as you want (not necessary to have it heated for all the days in your stay) but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it as depending on the temperature of the water it can take up to 19 hours to heat up.
There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned omce a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in pool.
Trash Dumpsters
(PHOTO) The trash and recycling dumpsters are on the left side of the house if looking at it from the street.
If staying at the property on MONDAY please set the Trash And Recycling Dumpsters out on to the curb as they only collect them once a week in Las Vegas on Tuesdays. You can see where to set them in the 1st photo above.
If staying at the property on TUESDAY after 5PM please take back and put the trash and recycling bins back to the location like in the 2nd photo below. Please pay close attention to put them as on the 1st photo below.

Grill
To start the grill first open the propane tank valve/knob left (PHOTO) . Then you can turn each burner knob left (PHOTO) to open the gas to come in and press the igniter button (PHOTO) to light it. After you are done please close all of the burner knobs right and also close and turn the propane tank valve/knob all the way to the right.

Backyard Lights And Pool And Pool Hours
The city ordinance does not allow Pool or Spa use during quiet hours (10PM-7AM) The backyard lights will turn on before sunset automatically and will turn off at 10pm automatically during quiet hours as the City Of Ordinance does not allow any backyard lights on at short term rental properties during quiet hours also. The couch lights are controlled by the white remote (PHOTO) which you can find on the remote in the living room.
House Rules

No pets on property
No smoking inside the house. You can smoke in the backyard but keep all windows and doors closed. If any smell of cigarette/marijuana smoke is left behind inside the property a $500 fine will be charged.

From 10PM-7AM are the quiet hours. It should be very very quiet outside at these times and during the normal hours please don’t be too loud and unruly outside. These rules are set by the City Of Henderson and a violation of any of these can lead to an eviction with no refund.
